Kaptan Last-Mile Delivery Driver App

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the "Kaptan" Last-Mile Delivery Driver App (referred to as the "App") developed by NBS Venture (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the App, and by using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
Registration and Accounts
3.1. To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3. GPS Location
We mentioned in Privacy Policy GPS Location usage inside the app.
Since the application serves delivery operations, it requests permission to access the location permanently (always in use), whether the application is open in the front, in the background, or when the app is closed. The aim of using this feature is to track and know the driver's current location and estimate the time of delivery of the order
Use of the App
4.1. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. You may not:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.
- Modify, adapt, or hack the App.
Services and Payments
5.1. The App provides services for drivers to facilitate last-mile deliveries.
5.2. There is no Payment option at this time.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
